Just down Egypt Road from Shannondell at Valley Forge is The Club at Shannondell, a public golf and swim club.*
In addition to an 18-hole golf course that Golf Digest ranks one of “the Best Places to Play,” the Club includes an Olympic size swimming pool with a towering water slide and water features for the kids, poolside grill, ample banquet facilities and Chadwick’s Restaurant & Bar, a local favorite.
Shannondell residents enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren at The Club during the warmer months. After the kids swim and parents wrap up a round of golf, everyone can enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Chadwick’s, overlooking the manicured golf course.
