Whether you’re merely curious about Shannondell, or you’re currently comparing communities, you’ll appreciate the breadth of insight gained from this brief midday event designed distinctly for first-time guests. Your First Taste includes a brief clubhouse tour, the opportunity to have your individual questions answered, and a chef-prepared, seated three-course lunch. You’ll welcome that there’s absolutely no pressure to do anything other than leave with a better feel for whether our resort-style community might, one day, be a fit. You’ll also find that it’s a worthy investment of your time. Indeed, nothing is more valuable than first-hand experience to fine-tune perceptions.
