Indeed, the coming season of new growth beckons discovery. Making this “first taste” of Shannondell in early April naturally appealing ... whether you’re merely curious about our lifestyle or are actively comparing communities. It’s an opportune occasion to take a brief clubhouse tour, have your questions answered and sit down to a chef-prepared lunch featuring the bounties of early spring. With a mid-morning start, this first-time guest event is also respectful of your day. Former attendees have shared they appreciate there’s no pressure other than leaving with a better feel for whether our resort-style community might, one day, be a fit. Next steps are up to you. We’re just planting the seeds.
