On course to open this fall, Lenbrook House is also 
conveniently located within our gated community. Fronting 
Shannondell Drive – overlooking and adjacent to the picturesque 
Shannondell Farm and Gardens – Lenbrook offers choice views 
as well as direct access to both clubhouses. So, whether you’re 
more attracted to the Performing Arts Theater within Bradford 
or the Aquatics Center within Ashcroft, residents will find either 
(and any other clubhouse amenity) an easy stroll via climate-
controlled walkways and elevators from their residence. 
	
As with all existing apartment homes at Shannondell, 
every Lenbrook residence offers new residents access to 
all Shannondell amenities, activities and personal services.

Are my pets welcome 
at Shannondell? 
We love well-behaved pets at 
Shannondell. Not only do you 
enjoy ample grounds, including an 
adjacent horse farm, to walk your 
pets, but also a fenced dog run 
where residents can unleash their 
pets and let them run free with 
other canines. 
Following Lenbrook’s design lead and as existing Shannondell 
residences become available, similar type interior updates are 
being incorporated as part of an apartment home’s refresh. 
	
These include removing walls and building half-
walls to create a more open feel, adding recessed lighting, 
and upgrading all bathroom showers. Of course, further 
customization is always possible, including interior planning 
guidance from Shannondell design professionals.
