Caregivers, survivors and patients share 
experiences, questions and answers  
with a wellness nurse. 
Diabetes Support Group
3rd Wednesday, 10 a.m.  
(Ashcroft meditation room)
A Health Education nurse with 
Phoenixville Hospital leads this group 
and offers residents living with diabetes 
(and their spouses) helpful information, 
resources and encouragement.
