H2O Mix Get ready to mix it up in the pool! Combining aerobics and strength exercises for the majority of the class, we’ll end with a relaxing stretch. AquaFit Take your cardio workouts into the pool for an aquatics class to get your heart pumping with active movements that are easier on the joints. Advanced Hydro-Pilates Using core-focused, non-impact strengthening and stretching movements, this session combines precise breathing with controlled strength exercises using equipment. S.O.S (Supervised Open Swim) Not really an aquatics “class” type? Then, this open-ended, supervised session in the pool is for you. Swim, walk or ask our staff for exercises you can accomplish on your own.
