Partner up with friends to form 
your very own 30-minute private 
session with a fitness trainer 
where you decide the focus, be 
it upper or lower body, balance, 
stability, flexibility, core or more! 
Morning & Afternoon Stretch
The perfect way to start or end your day!  
We’ll wake up your muscles with gentle seated 
and standing stretches to get the kinks out  
from head to toe. Stretching at least twice weekly  
has been shown to improve flexibility, range  
of motion and even mobility.

Brain Games
 
Interactive puzzles and brain games 
stimulate cognitive functions,including 
memory, hand-eye coordination, and  
visual acuity. And, they’re a lot of fun!

Seated Fitness
All seated, this class includes cardio movements 
with strength exercises and ends with a cooldown 
stretch. A great option for all abilities!
