Mind & Balance Focusing on mind challenges and physical balance exercises, this class will help to improve mental concentration and muscle awareness for balance. 13 Yoga Moving through various yoga poses, we’ll keep you focused on breathing and posture. You’ll see improved balance, stability, flexibility and strength from this class while it also calms the mind. Seated Yoga Enjoy gentle, seated yoga as you’re guided through postures to improve flexibility and mobility. We’ll use breathing techniques to promote mental clarity and relaxation. Guided Relaxation We’ll calm the mind and body to promote a sense of peace and well-being. In approximately 30 minutes of guided instruction, you’ll find your stresses of the day fading away.
